Your knife loses its sharpness with use. It will therefore need to be sharpened regularly. I offer a professional sharpening service using a Japanese stone for a guaranteed razor-sharp edge. For all types of carbon steel and stainless steel knives.

-Classic (European) kitchen knife
Smooth blade, standard steel (Sabatier, Wüsthof, etc.).
0.35€/cm of blade. ​

-Japanese kitchen knife
Hard steel (VG10, Blue Steel, etc.)
finer and more demanding sharpening,
delicate maintenance (Santoku, Gyuto, Nakiri, etc.).
0.70€/cm of blade.

​-Tactical/folding/outdoor
knife Thick or specialty blades (survival, outdoor, collection, etc.).
Precise and long sharpening.

Note:

The price is calculated based on the useful length of the blade (excluding the handle). Very dull, chipped, or special steel knives may require an additional charge (separate quote). Japanese knives require finer and longer stone work, hence the price equivalent to tactical knives.​
A minimum of 10€ is required per sharpening order. This amount can be increased for multiple knives or a single knife with additional services.
