I am Daniel Reichert , self-taught knife maker and creator of RD CUSTOM KNIVES .
Knives have been with me since childhood.
Fascinated by their beauty, balance and usefulness, I was first a collector, admiring the work of others.
In 2017, I decided to take the plunge: create my own knives, give shape to my vision, transform raw steel into unique objects.
Each knife I make is handcrafted with patience and precision. I pay particular attention to the choice of materials, lines, and ergonomics, so that each creation is beautiful, efficient, and timeless.
A knife is not just a tool. It is a traveling companion, a legacy to be passed down, an object that carries within it the soul of the person who created it. And it is this soul that I put into each of my creations.
